As a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s degree in social work from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, I combine my education, skills and life experiences to help adults and seniors get the support they need. I work with adults over the age of 18 who may suffer from mood disorders, anxiety or panic disorders, trauma, PTSD, bereavement and assist with life transitions. I love working with seniors over the age of 65 who have unique needs related to aging. Counseling can be an effective tool for promoting positive mental health and overall well-being. With empathy, compassion and a deep understanding of the unique struggles people face, I work with clients to help them overcome their obstacles and create meaningful change in their lives.
